Indian hockey team World Cup jersey unveiled

Indian men’s hockey team’s new jersery for the Odisha Hockey Men’s World Cup Bhubaneswar 2018 was launched in Mumbai today. The new jerseys and uniforms have been designed by celebrated fashion designer Narendra Kumar Ahmed.

Former India captain Ajitpal Singh, who led India to gold medal in 1975 World Cup, his World Cup teammate Ashok Kumar, former India captains Dhanraj Pillay, Dilip Tirkey and Sandeep Singh along with members of the current National team and its Head Coach Harendra Singh were present on the occasion.

Before the Men’s World Cup, wcheduled to held at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar from November 28 to Dev 16, India will take part in the Men’s Asian Champions Trophy in Muscat from October 18-28.
